Privacy policy
Version 1, 12.10.2026
1. Who we are
The ReAnima Talent Potential Profile service is operated by Boris Dvorkin, licensed sole proprietor (osek murshe), Israel. Contact for data matters: info@al-t-dag.com. We answer requests within 30 days.
2. What we collect
Date of birth (required); time and place of birth (optional); answers to the six questionnaire questions; an accuracy rating and a comment (optional; please do not write personal data in the comment). When you apply: name and contact. Without an application, your name stays only in your browser.
3. Why
To calculate the profile, show you the result and, if you applied, to contact you. We do not use the data for advertising, do not sell it and do not pass it to employers.
4. Legal basis
Your consent. You give it before the calculation and separately when you apply. You can withdraw it at any time.
5. Particular sensitivity
The profile assesses personality traits and ability to work. We treat it as particularly sensitive information and protect it to a higher standard (encryption, restricted access, an access log).
6. Astrology
The calculation is based on astrology. It is a symbolic model that is not scientifically proven. The profile is not a diagnosis, a test or a prediction.
7. Where data is stored and who receives it
- A server in Germany (Vultr hosting). Application data is stored there in encrypted form.
- Claude (Anthropic, USA): only the calculated parameters and the language, without your name or your date, time or place of birth. Basis: your consent. Under the provider’s terms, the content of requests is not stored by default and is not used for training; if safety systems are triggered it may be kept for up to two years.
- Telegram: the application number and contact, to notify the team.
- Open-Meteo: the city name you typed, to find coordinates. The service does not see your device’s address.
- We do not pass data to employers or advertising networks.
8. How long we keep it
Without an application, nothing about you is stored on the server. The exceptions are anonymous counters (how many calculations were made and how long they took) and the accuracy rating with its comment; these are not linked to you, and the comment is stored encrypted.
With an application: while you are in the programme plus 12 months after the last contact. After you decline or withdraw consent, the data is deleted within 30 days (during that time you can change your mind). Closed-test data is deleted 30 days after the test ends, except for people who decided to stay. Web server logs are kept for about 14 days.
9. Cookies and the browser
One cookie: the interface language, for one year. The browser keeps a note of your consent (version and date) and, for the session while the tab is open, your name, answers and profile result. There is no session ID and there are no trackers.
10. How we protect the data
Encryption of data on the server; access only for a limited circle (the owner and the mentor, for applications); sign-in with a password and a one-time code; a written confidentiality agreement with the mentor; an access log; encrypted backups.
11. Your rights
Access to your data, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent. Write to info@al-t-dag.com. If you believe we are breaking the law, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
12. Age
The service is for adults only, 18 and over. If you are under 18, the site will not accept your date of birth.
13. Changes
We publish a new version of the policy with a date. Significant changes will require new consent.
These texts are being reviewed before the public launch.
